Coaches must have the following 3 items to complete the Check-In process:
1) Completed "Coaches Check-In Cover Sheet"
2) League-approved roster, or multiple rosters if you have guest players. Please cross-out names of players that will NOT be playing. EVERY player must be on a league-approved roster. No Exceptions.
3) Completed Medical Release & Waiver. If a player does not have a waiver, they will not be able to play. (Winchester teams/players do not need waivers - just Roster and Cover Sheet)
Deadline: Emails with complete info must be received no later than Sunday, November 10th. If you miss this deadline, you will be able to check-in on-site (below).
Friday November 15th, 6-7:30.
Bring the above documents to the Check-In tent located
at Ciarcia/Skillings Field, 80 Skillings Rd, Winchester. You will pick-up your coaches bag at that time. We are going "Green" this year and will not have printed materials in the coaches bags.
